Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulation and Code.
Alberta Occupational Health & Safety Legislation is a book of several parts that include the Act, Regulation and Code. The Alberta OHS Act sets out the general rights and responsibilities of the Employer, the Supervisor and the Worker. The Regulation sets out basic information of training and survellance programs. The Code outlines specific topics and requirements set out to protect the safety of personnel, enviroment and property.
